Sugarcoat Nails & Hair (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides nail and hair services to clients who book appointments through our online scheduling system, powered by Acuity Scheduling.

2. Booking appointments
All appointments are booked through the Acuity Scheduling embed on this website. By completing a booking, you:

Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Agree to receive booking confirmation and reminder communications.
Accept that your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Acuity Scheduling.

3. Cancellations and no-shows
We ask that cancellations be made at least [2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from clients with a pattern of no-shows.

4. Deposits and payments
If a deposit is required at the time of booking, it will be collected through Acuity Scheduling’s payment system. 5. Health and safety

6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Sugarcoat Nails & Hair or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Our booking system is operated by Acuity Scheduling, a third-party service. Your use of the booking system is also subject to Acuity Scheduling’s Terms of Use. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugarcoat Nails & Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.
