Do I need to book an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time, but we do welcome walk-ins based on availability. Booking ahead guarantees your spot and reduces wait time.


How do I book an appointment?
You can book by calling us directly, messaging us on social media, or using our online booking link. We’ll confirm your appointment and send a reminder before your visit.


What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of nail and hair services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail extensions, cuts, blowouts, colour treatments, and styling. Check our services page for the full menu.


How long do appointments typically take?
It depends on the service. A basic manicure takes around 30–45 minutes, while nail extensions or colour treatments can take 1.5–2+ hours. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.


Do you offer nail extensions and gel services?
Yes, we offer acrylic extensions, gel overlays, and gel polish. Our nail techs will recommend the best option based on your nail health and the look you’re going for.


What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.


Do you have a late arrival policy?
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.


Can I bring a friend or family member?
Absolutely — group bookings and duo appointments are welcome! Just let us know when booking so we can arrange seating and timing for everyone.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.


Are gift cards available?
Yes, we offer gift cards in any amount — perfect for birthdays, special occasions, or just treating someone you love. Ask us in-salon or get in touch to arrange one.
